This privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Mobile Application “My Boat Tracker PB”, when you create an account with us to use the Mobile Application, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 (16 in California) years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We may collect several types of information from and about users of our Mobile Application (some of which is considered “personal information” pursuant to applicable law), including:

- Your device location or other geolocation information, including the zip code, state or country form which you utilize the Mobile Application;
- Certain other device data, including the time of day you visit our Mobile Application; and
- Information about your internet connection and internet provider.

- Directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when filling in forms on the Mobile Application (including when you register for an account, subscribing to a service, or requesting something from us, or when you fill out surveys).
- Automatically as you navigate through the Mobile Application, including through the use of automated technologies;

- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us through the Mobile Application;
- When you engage in transactions on our Mobile Application;

As you navigate through and interact with our Mobile Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about you, your equipment, your technology providers, and your activities, including:
- Details of your visits to our Mobile Application, including traffic data, browsing patterns, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Mobile Application; and
- Information about your device and about your internet connection and service provider, as set forth above.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

- Allow you to use and access the Mobile Application, including preventing fraudulent activity and improving security functionality;
- Assess the performance of the Mobile Application, including as part of our analytic practices or otherwise to improve the content, products or services offered through the Mobile Application;
- Offer you enhanced functionality when accessing the Mobile Application, including identifying you when you sign into our Mobile Application, and keeping track of your specified preferences;
- Deliver content relevant to your interests on our Mobile Application and third-party sites based on how you interact with our advertisements and/or content;
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
- Speed up your searches; and
- Analyze our services and products and perform market research.
When you use our Mobile Application by clicking a hyperlink or when you view a third-party site that includes our plugins or cookies (or similar technology), we may automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed.
We may also receive location data passed to us from third-party services or GPS-enabled devices that you have set up, which we use to help provide our services to you, and we may also use to show local information and for fraud prevention and security purposes. If you no longer wish for us, our affiliates, or our service providers to collect and use location information, you may disable the location features on your device, but that will cause the Mobile Application functionality to not function correctly and may cause hazardous conditions as you navigate your vessel, so we caution you not to do this when your vessel is in the water. Please consult your device manufacturer settings for instructions on how to turn off location based services to the Mobile Application at other times.
How We Use Your Information
We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To present our Mobile Application and its contents to you;
- To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;
- To provide you with notices about your account and/or the Mobile Application;
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection, if needed;
- To notify you about changes to our Mobile Application or any products or services we offer or provide though it;
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Mobile Application, if any;
- To develop and create our products and services;
- For any other purpose as needed for our business;
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information;

We have implemented measures intended to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Mobile Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and to change your password from time to time. We also highly recommend that you use a password that is dissimilar to and cannot be easily found by unauthorized third parties who may have obtained your login credentials to other sites. Keep in mind that if you use the same password for all mobile applications and websites, if someone obtains your credentials for one site, they may be able to then use those credentials to log into any other site you use.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we try to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through or collected through the use of our Mobile Application. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Mobile Application.
