This application will allow the user to track themselves in near real-time and also track other users!  It was developed for Regatta Safety Officers, to be able to know where they are on the water, and where the other safety officials are as well. In consultation with the staff at Small Accomplishments, a race can be customized to show different local organization names and colors based on a regattas needs.
